Maria Gazzola is the founder and President of Alpha Management International, LLC. Since its inception in 2002, Maria Gazzola and her dedicated support staff have been providing an impeccable level of service to foreign and U.S. based clients.

Alpha Management International, LLC was established in 2002 to satisfy the need of foreign and U.S. based high net worth clients who were investing in real estate and other assets in NY and elsewhere who were in need of management services to ensure their assets were being handled with tender loving care.

Our philosophy is simple: analyze the client’s needs up front and pursue a strategy that is detail oriented and focused on providing personalized service to exceed the expectations of our most discriminating clients. We interpret the steady growth of our vastly unique and geographically distinct client base over the years as evidence of client satisfaction with our business.

Maria Gazzola began her real estate career in Manhattan over 25 years ago at Home Life Insurance Company (HLIC) where as an Asset Manager she oversaw the management of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial real estate properties which included apartment buildings, retail centers, office buildings, etc. located throughout the U.S. When she left HLIC, she was originating and analyzing multi-million dollar real estate investment opportunities and underwriting mortgage loans.

In 1992, Maria joined American Real Estate Partners, LLP (AREP), a master limited partnership controlled by Carl C. Icahn and based in Westchester, NY. As Assistant Vice President of Investments, she focused on securing undervalued real estate investment opportunities throughout the U.S. which offered turnaround or upside potential. She handled all aspects of real estate acquisitions from soliciting investment opportunities from brokers, performing detailed financial analysis, property inspections, due diligence and providing recommendations and presentations to management. During her 5 years at AREP, she was instrumental in concluding a significant number of investments made on favorable terms which provided this SEC listed company with substantial opportunities for development, long term growth and appreciation.

Maria Gazzola received her M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, NY in 1992. She received her B.A. in Economics and Italian from Fordham University, NY in 1985 where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
